State Senator Eric Bassler of Washington gathered with fellow legislators at the Statehouse Tuesday for Organization Day – the ceremonial start of the 124th Indiana General Assembly.
The legislature reconvenes in January.
By state law, the 2025 session will conclude on or before April 29th.
Lawmakers will be putting together a new two-year state budget for Indiana during the 2025 session.
