Washington Police arrested a Washington man Thursday on a warrant for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Neglect of a Dependent.
33-year-old Dustin Natheniel Surber is being held on $2,000 bond in the Davies County Security Center.
181 inmates were being held in the security center early Friday morning.
