With the assistance of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, Knox County High Tech Crime Unit, Indiana State Police, and Daviess County Department of Child Services, Washington Police Detectives apprehended a Vincennes man Monday for having inappropriate contact with a minor.
36-year-old Semsair Paul was taken into custody in Knox County and is now being held in the Daviess County Security Center on charges of Attempted Rape, Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Child Solicitation, Sexual Battery, and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor.
He is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
