Richard Allen was sentenced Friday to a maximum 130 prison term for the murders of 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German in Delphi, Indiana more than seven years ago.
Allen was convicted last month of two counts of murder and two counts of murder while kidnapping.
Allen’s defense attorneys say they will appeal and seek a new trial.
