The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says an Oakland City man was arrested for Strangulation Thursday morning following an investigation of a disturbance in the 12-thousand block of East Harrison Street in Oakland City.
In addition to Strangulation, 42-year-old Ryan Logston is charged with Battery.
