A police K-9 alerted deputies to the presence of illegal drugs in the vehicle.

During a search of the vehicle deputies found four grams of methamphetamine and 33 grams of heroin.

Livermore was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Narcotic Drug, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

He was also cited for having no driver’s license or insurance.

Livermore was being held in the Knox County Jail on $15,000 bond Friday morning.
