The average price of gas in Indiana Friday was $3.21 a gallon, up a penny from Thursday and up 15 cents from Tuesday when the latest price surge began.
The Triple A Motor Club says Indiana’s average price was also eight cents higher than a week ago, 10 cents lower than a month ago, and 40 cents lower than a year ago.
Indiana’s Friday average was also a penny lower than Friday’s national average.
Meanwhile, Triple A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana Friday was $3.71 a gallon, a penny lower than Thursday.
It was also a penny lower than a week ago, 12 cents lower than a month ago, and 81 cents lower than a year ago.
